Job Description

We are looking for a Management Analyst who excels in data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning. As a key member of our team, you will assess organizational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance productivity and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational inefficiencies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize organizational performance and resource allocation.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting business operations.
  • Assist in project management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools is preferred.
