员工一直没有活跃记录，而且已经突破Urgent提醒级别，HR需要发送最后通牒邮件，告知员工如果不活跃就会被解雇。

会发送邮件信息和微信消息，并考虑在discord里面发信息。

Hi Team Member,

We hope you're doing well.

This is a final notice regarding your lightweight work participation at Atomeocean. Despite our previous reminders, your activity level remains critically low, with little to no recorded contributions.

Please be advised: if we do not see a meaningful improvement in your contribution within the next 3 business days, we will be forced to proceed with removing you from the lightweight work team and initiating a formal separation process due to non-compliance.
