FEI Systems from July 2022 to the Present – Ms. Zhang worked as a Business Analyst for FEI Systems. She analyzed and extracted critical data from databases using SQL queries (group by, join); leveraged findings to proactively propose viable solutions that optimize business performance, resulting in 20% increased customer satisfaction; conducted comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows to research areas for improvement; partnered closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications; led the issue resolution team performing gap analysis which identifies 1000+ discrepancies between current and desired state; planned test schedules for bridging these gaps using Excel (Gantt chart) to ensure timely delivery of projects; processed data using Excel (textjoin, filter, vlookup) and created interactive visualized dashboards in Tableau including Mapping analysis to allow stakeholders to visualize data geographically.
