Atomeocean LCA填写助手 ​

提交方式 ​

在 Atomeocean 101 提交新的工单，选择LCA Position Information类别进行填写。

创建工单时，不要在工单中输入自己的全名，仅输入legal name方便内部人员核对信息用。

必须填写住址所在County信息。

如何填写 LCA 中的 Work Location（工作地点） ​

对于远程工作的员工，LCA 表格中的 Work Location（工作地点）应填写您当前实际居住的地址。

❓我是不是“远程工作的员工”？

判断标准非常简单：

如果您每周都不需要前往公司办公室上班，即被视为远程工作员工。即使公司总部在其他州，只要您不去现场办公，就属于远程工作形式。

🏡“当前居住地址”指的是什么？

您可以填写：

  • 您在美国租住的公寓或自有房产地址；
  • 只要是您当前实际居住、从事远程工作的地址，即可作为 Work Location 使用。

请确保地址填写准确无误，包括街道、城市、州和邮编，以便完成LCA的合规提交。

提高效率技巧 ​

由于在LCA审核期间，公司和员工均可以准备其他H1b相关申请材料，所以建议尽快提交LCA。

其他信息 ​

LCA选择Full-time 与 Part-time 对后续 H‑1B 申请和工作的影响是什么？ ​

✅ 对 H‑1B 抽签和审批没有影响

在 H‑1B 抽签注册和 USCIS 审批过程中，Full-time（全职）与 Part-time（兼职）身份不会影响申请的合法性或中签概率。 无论您的工作时间是每周 40 小时还是 20 小时，只要雇主真实、岗位符合资格要求、LCA 工资标准达标，均可合法递交 H‑1B 申请。

💰 H‑1B 激活后，税务影响明显不同

一旦您的 H‑1B 身份被激活（通常从 10 月 1 日开始），您的雇佣关系将进入正式工资发放与纳税阶段。此时：

  • Full-time：全职员工的工资通常高于兼职，按常规每周约 40 小时计算，需按全年全职收入标准缴纳联邦税、州税、社保税（FICA）等；
  • Part-time：兼职员工工资较低，工作小时数可低至每周 20 小时，实际税负按实际收入比例计算，税费约为 Full-time 的一半。

💡 注意：税率本身并不会因“兼职”而降低，但总纳税额会因收入减少而下降。

Parttime工作正经吗？ ​

和fulltime相比，parttime只是工作小时数不同，其他均相同。
